Am I automatically enrolled in the pharmacy plan?

No.  Employees must fill out a health enrollment form to be enrolled in the pharmacy plan.  Also, enrollment in the health and pharmacy plans are not mandatory, however, health and pharmacy are a joint plan.  Employees cannot be enrolled in one without the other.
