NAYS Stacked Logo NAYS Stacked Logo Clarksville Parks and Recreation offers athletic leagues for youth, ages 3 to 14. Our youth co-ed recreation leagues give participants a chance to learn the fundamentals of the sport in a non-competitive environment. All programs require pre-registration.

Volunteer Coaches

City youth athletic leagues rely heavily on the generosity of parents and volunteers to provide coaching support. No experience is required and training is provided. Sign up to volunteer!

YOUTH BASEBALL/SOFTBALL LEAGUESKids co-ed softball and baseball league throwing their gloves

Our youth co-ed baseball and softball leagues give participants the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of the sport in a non-competitive environment. No scores or standings are kept. Our leagues partner with Fort Campbell MWR whenever possible to allow for more gameplay.

Spring/Summer: Practices begin in April and games begin in May. Practice dates and times are scheduled based on coach and facility availability.

Fall: Practices and games will both begin in September. Practice dates and times are scheduled based on coach and facility availability.

Our popular youth basketball league is a developmental and recreational program for youth ages 7 to 15. All divisions are co-ed. Volunteer coaches will work with children to improve individual skills in dribbling, passing, and shooting while instilling values in teamwork and sportsmanship. Players will be placed on teams through a mandatory skills assessment process.

Kleeman Recreation Center (Ages 11-15)

PRACTICES & GAMES

Practices will begin in November. Practice dates and times are scheduled based on coach and facility availability. Games will begin in December. Teams will play a round-robin style season depending on the number of participating teams. Tournament play will extend 2 weeks after. Dates exclude December 20-31, 2020 and January 1-3, 2021.

FEE

The fee to participate is $65 per participant and includes a jersey and medal.

New! Adaptive soccer spring break campAdaptive Soccer

This program provides youth with disabilities the opportunity to learn the game of soccer at their own individual pace. It encourages learning, development, and physical participation without the pressure of competition. The instruction is geared towards their needs with fewer and more flexible rules. The focus is on introducing or improving the key fundamentals of soccer, teamwork and enjoying the games while playing.

NEW! little Kickers Soccer LeagueToddler's playing soccer

The Little Kickers FUNdamental soccer league provides individualized instruction and games. Players will work with an instructor and volunteer coaches to help develop the basic building blocks for a soccer player such as dribbling, passing, receiving, and trapping.

Are you looking for another way to ACE your child’s activities this winter? The Youth Volleyball League has you covered! Your child can bump, set, and spike their way through the season with a NAYS trained coach. The registration fee will include a shirt as well as a medal.

Kleeman Recreation Center & Crow Recreation Center

PRACTICES & GAMES

Practices will begin in January. Practice dates and times are scheduled based on coach and facility availability. Games will begin in February. Teams will play a round-robin style season, ending in a single-elimination tournament.

The fee to participate is $65 per participant and includes a shirt and medal.

NFL YOUTH FLAG FOOTBALL

Flag football is a great way to introduce your child to the game of football! Participants will have the opportunity to learn about football in a non-contact environment. Games and practices will be held at Liberty Park. Our leagues partner with Fort Campbell MWR whenever possible to allow for more gameplay.
