Customers may disconnect service by simply logging in to their online account and then selecting Disconnect Service to complete the online service form. Final bills are mailed to the forwarding address given at the time of deactivation. It is important to provide a forwarding address as any remaining credit on the account, after applicable deposits are applied, will be mailed to the forwarding address given at the time of deactivation.
